Quality Assurance is a wide range concept concerning all the matters collectively or individually, which directly affect the quality of product. It controls the quality of a product by doing in-process quality checks, effectively functioning as the brain of an organization. Quality assurance is the set of planned and systematic actions necessary to provide appropriate confidence that a product or service will satisfy the requirements for quality. Quality assurance covers all activities from design, development, production and services.
This introduced the rules: 'fit for purpose' and 'do it right the first time'.


At TARGET LEATHER FASHION, the concept of 'quality' with the focus on management and people came to the fore. We believe that, success is possible if all departments approach quality with an open mind. The TARGET LEATHER FASHION quality approach places an emphasis on four aspects:
Elements such as management, adequate manufacturing processe performance and integrity criteria. Competence such as knowledge, skills, experience, qualifications

Soft elements, such as personnel integrity, confidence, organizational culture, motivation and team spirit.

Infrastructure (as it enhances or limits functionality)

TARGET LEATHER FASHION is a quality conscious unit, which leaves no stone unturned towards maintaining the higher standards of quality in its range of leather products. The stringent quality check process in our range starts from the procurement of leather and goes until the final dispatch at the client’s destination. After deep analysis of quality assurance practices and premises we are able to introduce a few refinements:

Conformance to specifications i.e. designs, standards and other relevant aspects, are considered during manufacturing.Management has to confirm all operators are equal to the work imposed on them and holidays, celebrations and disputes do not affect any of the quality levels.

Inspections are carried out, and all materials, bought in or otherwise, conformed to the specifications, this is the responsibility of the QA/QC department. Any complaints receive from the customers are satisfactorily dealt with in a timely manner.Feedback from the user/customer is used to review designs.
